This week's article by Carolyn McCulley, "Women and Work," will no doubt prompt some discussion, so we decided to get the ball rolling by doing a roundtable about it. It's the age-old question about women and work. But rather than argue the ifs and whys, we're talking about the hows. Because we all work; in fact, we're commanded to work. But what does that look like, and how do we get educated and fulfill a calling without being presumptive, selfish, defeated or pigeonholed? And how does a woman's work influence her family as a whole?
