After Kim Vollendorf became a Christian in college, she decided to break off her engagement.  She survived that season, but as time went on, the man of her dreams was nowhere to be found. She was a bridesmaid in 13 weddings before she met her husband. In the midst of her waiting, Kim discovered that her season of singleness was actually a gift, and she began intentionally praying for and preparing for her future spouse before he ever appeared.
