As a little boy, Jason Romano loved watching and playing sports with his dad. But Jason’s dad was an alcoholic. His behavior embarrassed Jason during Little League games and while attending sporting events with the family. He even drove drunk, endangering his family on more than one occasion. The behavior continued into Jason’s adulthood and career as a producer for ESPN. His dad would often call and berate him at work. Eventually Jason had to make a decision: walk away from his father forever or choose to forgive him.
