As I’ve sought to live in thankfulness the past four years, I’ve noticed a deep joy and peace take root in my heart.
I don’t want to waste my pain comparing it to someone else’s.
We can all find something to be thankful for even in these strange times, especially with Thanksgiving coming next week.
Can God rescue us? Can He change us, freeing us from the sinful patterns that hold us captive?
Next time you feel provoked to put your opinion out there, whether on social media or in person, think about the potential outcomes.
You know what we are not called to do? Pretend conflict doesn’t exist. We have to face it.
I’ve never had to decide whether someone dies or lives. But I have had to make choices that affect other people.
