A cluttered mind (and a cluttered house) is common. Many people don’t live with an overabundance of peace. But we can do better.

Social justice advocates, college professors, society, and certainly shaving companies do not get to define what it means to be a man.
Goals are meant to challenge us, and sometimes the progress we make — even if it feels like we’ve fallen short — is more than enough.
