A few months ago, my pastor friend invited me to a 12-session Bible study on the topic of evangelism. “Thanks, but no thanks,” was what I wanted to say.
If a kooky mom from Indiana can save Will Byers from Demogorgons, surely we can at least make a dent in the issues hitting our headlines today.
We assume we can meaningfully interact with our company while also engaging in texts or social media. It’s simply not true.
If friendship is the place of change, hanging out only with people of our own age and experiences will leave us wanting in some way.
If you are struggling with depression, you have God’s full attention. He sees you, loves you, and wants to deliver you.
Asking for help isn’t just a necessary evil; it’s actually what God intends for us. And if I need proof, all I have to do is look at Jesus’ life.
I’ve always known and recognized that most of America’s action heroes are males. I’m not against female heroes, but the shortage never really bothered me.
